Racers sign up and pay online, your staff work the day from their phones with or without signal, and every fan following your track gets the results the moment they land.

RaceDrops runs wherever you are. The portal is a website — set up events on a laptop at the kitchen table. The line app is the same RaceDrops app your racers use, so staff check people in, pass tech and record results from a phone in the staging lanes or a tablet at the desk, with no signal at all. Nothing to install on a tower PC.

One account for your track. Your staff sign in to the portal on a laptop or the line app on a tablet; your racers and fans use the RaceDrops app or your site. Everything below is included on every plan.
Before the event
Your track, your look
Name, logo and colours on a hosted site at your own address, in the fan app, and on every Drop you send.
Events and classes in minutes
Pick classes from a list built for your kind of racing or make your own. Fees, entry caps, approval, rules and a poster per event.
Online signups that pay you
Racers sign up and pay from their phone. The entry fee lands in your Stripe account; the service fee is added on top and paid by the racer.
Desk signups too
Walk-ups go in at the desk with a cash or card note. Same driver record either way, so a racer is one person at every event.
Drivers and vehicles
Search, edit and merge driver records. Drivers keep their own profile, number and vehicles; you keep the entries.
Staff and roles
Owner, Staff and Moderator come ready. Make your own roles — a tech inspector who can pass cars but never DQ one.
Sponsors
Sponsor logos on your site, event pages, brackets and the app, with the impressions and clicks to show them.
Race day
Check people in from your phone
Search by name or number, check racers in, note the vehicle — from your phone at the gate or a tablet at the desk. Works in airplane mode; syncs when the signal comes back.
Tech inspection
Pass tech, record a dial-in or a qualifying time, or DQ from the lane — every button gated by the role you gave that person.
Brackets that build themselves
Single elimination, seeded or random, byes handled. Run lists for test-n-tune. Regenerate if the field changes.
Lane call
Staging, on deck, in the hole from the run order. Tap Call and both drivers get a push — and so does everyone following your track.
Results, live or by round
Enter winners and times from the tower or the tablet. Show every run as it happens, or hold results until a round is complete.
Corrections that keep the record
A wrong result is voided, never edited, and the bracket rebuilds. The history shows who entered what, when, from which device.
Drops
Gates open, rain delay, schedule change, or anything you type — one tap sends a push to every follower.
After
Results and standings
Every class, every round, on your site and in the app the moment the final runs. Embeddable for your own website.
Payouts
Purse from paid entries and your own split by place, or manual rows. Mark them paid as you hand them out.
Seasons
Points across events, and across tracks if you run a series. Rules are yours: per round, win bonus, drop the lowest.
Photos
Fans post from the stands; you decide who is trusted to post straight to the feed and who waits for approval.
Forums and inbox
Announcements go out as Drops. General, classifieds and ride-share boards per track, with a word filter and a report button on everything.
Pick'em boards
Fans pick round by round for points — never money — with a board per event and per season. Checked-in fans earn a bonus.
Timing systems
Works with the timing you have — or none at all
Hand-drop, arm-drop and visual-finish events need no timing system: the result is who won. Where there is a tower, RaceDrops takes hand-entered times today and a Portatree CSV export, with a small tower agent for near-real-time results on the roadmap. Compulink, Accutime and RaceAmerica strips can enter results by hand or import the file.

Winner only. ET, reaction and MPH stay blank and nobody misses them.
Portatree and friends
Type the slips in from the tower, or import the elimination results file after each round.
Tower agent (coming)
A small Windows app that watches the timing software's output folder and posts rows as they land.

One subscription. The racer pays the entry fee.
Every plan includes the portal, the line app, the hosted site, the fan app presence and Drops. Online signups add $2.00 per entry, paid by the racer on top of your fee — never deducted from your payout. Card processing is carried by the track. Start with a 14-day trial.
