RaceDrops Terms of Service

Effective September 15, 2026

RaceDrops is operated by Henry Adventures Corporation, a California corporation ("RaceDrops," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 1182 Patricia Lane, Paso Robles, California 93446.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RaceDrops website at racedrops.com, the RaceDrops mobile application, track websites hosted by RaceDrops, and all related services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use RaceDrops

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, and certain features are restricted (see Section 9).

We ask for your birth month and year at signup. Providing false information about your age is a violation of these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of a race track, promoter, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" includes that organization.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, including keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@racedrops.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, as described in Section 12.

3. The Service

RaceDrops provides:

  • For race tracks and promoters ("Tracks"): event management, class and bracket management, driver registration, online signups and payments, results publishing, a hosted public website, staff roles and permissions, sponsor placement, and notification tools.
  • For drivers: a driver profile, vehicle records, event registration and payment, run schedules, check-in and technical inspection status, and results history.
  • For fans: event calendars, live brackets and results, notifications ("Drops"), community features, and pick'em leaderboards.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect paying Tracks.

4. Tracks: subscriptions and fees

Subscription. Tracks subscribe to RaceDrops on a recurring monthly basis at the tier selected at signup. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated here.

Cancellation. A Track may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial-month refunds.

Price changes. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

Per-entry service fee. When a Track accepts online registration through RaceDrops, a service fee is added to each entry at checkout and paid by the racer. This fee is disclosed before payment. The Track receives the entry fee less payment processing costs.

Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Tracks accepting payments must complete Stripe Connect onboarding and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. RaceDrops does not hold Track funds. Chargebacks, refunds, and disputes related to entry fees are the responsibility of the Track.

Taxes. Tracks are responsible for determining, collecting, and remitting any taxes applicable to their events and entry fees.

5. Drivers and racers: registration and payment

Registering for an event through RaceDrops creates an agreement between you and the Track, not between you and RaceDrops. The Track sets entry fees, class rules, eligibility, refund policies, and all terms of participation.

RaceDrops is not the event organizer. We do not run events, inspect vehicles, make competition rulings, or control safety at any venue. Questions about refunds, cancellations, results, disqualifications, payouts, or event conduct go to the Track.

Waivers and safety. Participation in motorsports is dangerous. Any waiver, release, insurance requirement, or safety rule is between you and the Track or venue. Registering through RaceDrops does not replace any waiver the Track or venue requires.

6. Tracks: your content and your responsibilities

Tracks are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of event information, schedules, classes, rules, results, and payouts published through the Service
  • Holding all licenses, permits, insurance, and sanctioning approvals required for their events
  • Obtaining rights to any logo, photo, or other content they upload
  • Moderating community content on their track's forums (see Section 8)
  • Complying with all laws applicable to their events and their handling of participant information

You grant RaceDrops a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute the content you upload for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You keep ownership of your content.

7. Pick'em: points only, not gambling

RaceDrops pick'em leaderboards are free to play and award points only.

  • There is no entry fee, wager, purchase, or consideration of any kind required to participate.
  • Points have no cash value, cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or sold, and confer no property rights.
  • RaceDrops does not award prizes for pick'em performance.

If a Track chooses to run a separate promotion or giveaway connected to pick'em standings, that promotion is run solely by the Track. The Track is responsible for complying with all applicable sweepstakes, contest, and gaming laws. RaceDrops is not a sponsor, administrator, or party to any such promotion.

You may not use the Service to facilitate betting, wagering, or any activity requiring a gaming license.

8. User content and conduct

"User content" means anything you post, upload, or send through the Service — forum posts, messages, photos, profile information, comments, and similar material.

You keep ownership of your user content. You grant RaceDrops a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute it for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are responsible for your user content, and you represent that you have the rights to post it.

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that promotes violence or discrimination
  • Post sexually explicit content or any content that sexualizes minors
  • Harass, stalk, bully, impersonate, or threaten any person
  • Post content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights
  • Post spam, chain messages, pyramid schemes, or unsolicited commercial content
  • Upload viruses, malware, or anything designed to disrupt the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service by automated means without our written permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data
  • Use the Service to arrange illegal street racing or other unlawful activity
  • Circumvent any moderation, blocking, suspension, or reporting mechanism
  • Misrepresent your age or identity

Our Community Guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms, describe these rules in more detail.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content. We do not tolerate content or behavior that is abusive, harassing, or that sexualizes minors. Reports are reviewed and actioned, including removal of content and termination of accounts, within 24 hours of receipt.

Moderation. We and Track moderators may remove content, lock threads, and suspend or terminate accounts, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or the Community Guidelines. We are not obligated to monitor user content but may do so.

Reporting. Every post, message, and photo includes a report mechanism. You may also email support@racedrops.com. You may block any other user, which hides their content from you across the Service.

9. Users under 18

Users who indicate they are under 18 are subject to additional protections:

  • They cannot receive message requests from users they do not follow
  • They cannot be added to group conversations by users they do not follow
  • Their direct message settings are restricted and cannot be set to allow messages from anyone
  • They are displayed on public leaderboards by initials and competition number rather than full name

Parents or guardians who believe a child under 13 has created an account should contact support@racedrops.com and we will delete the account.

10. Notifications, location, and communications

By creating an account you agree to receive service-related communications from us (account, billing, security, and legal notices). You cannot opt out of these while you maintain an account.

Push notifications ("Drops") are optional and controlled by your device settings and in-app preferences.

Location is optional and used only to sort nearby tracks. Declining location permission does not prevent you from using the Service.

SMS, if you opt in, is subject to separate consent at the time of opt-in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including the RaceDrops name, logo, software, design, and all related intellectual property, belongs to Henry Adventures Corporation. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

Track logos, driver photos, and other user content remain the property of their respective owners.

Copyright complaints. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@racedrops.com including: identification of the work, identification of the infringing material and where it is located, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your signature. We will respond in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

12. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app or by emailing support@racedrops.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if your conduct creates risk or legal exposure for us or other users. Tracks whose subscriptions lapse may have their public sites and portal access disabled.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections 7, 8, 11, 13, 14, 15, and 16 survive termination.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that results, brackets, schedules, or other information published through the Service are accurate. Event information is supplied by Tracks, and results are entered by Track staff.

RaceDrops is a software platform. We do not organize, sanction, officiate, or supervise any event. We are not responsible for event cancellation, rule disputes, competition rulings, payout decisions, injuries, property damage, or anything else that occurs at an event.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HENRY ADVENTURES CORPORATION WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Henry Adventures Corporation, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your user content, your violation of these Terms, or, if you are a Track, your events.

16. Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Luis Obispo County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

[OPTIONAL — DISCUSS WITH COUNSEL: an arbitration clause and class-action waiver would go here. Many SaaS companies include one; it has trade-offs and should be a deliberate choice.]

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

18. Other

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, are the entire agreement between you and RaceDrops regarding the Service.

Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Apple. If you use the iOS app: these Terms are between you and RaceDrops, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or to address any claim relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
